Niche, International and Diversity Job Boards were Studied |

March 27, 2007 - San Ramon, CA - eQuest, the global leader in job posting distribution services and recruitment media services announced today the results of a 90-day study on job board effectiveness in certain key areas of the employment market.
The study was conducted by examining 1,000 job postings sent to 100 job boards from December, 2006 through February 28, 2007. eQuest measured the candidate responses received from each job board to determine the average amount of responding candidates for each posted job position. Although hires were not a part of the study, job board candidate traffic is the latest trend in determining job board effectiveness by country, state, region and city.
